Oh, Mercy....

It was so cute of me to think that something would actually happen yesterday. The little trenches in the gravel are all dug. Some of them must be five inches deep! I can almost see why that took four days to do!

Apparently we are waiting for InspectorGadget to come and make sure that everything is okay for putting in the footings. I was promised that he would be there either last night or first thing this morning. I wouldn't bet any money on last night, that's for sure.
