Roofing.

Sribley and I stopped at the house on the way to BigCity to return flooring samples and saw that the Framers were all gone. They took their trailer and their lift so they must be done.

On top of the roof were some gentlemen installing the tar paper. They said they won't be back today to put on the actual shingles as they were due to start a different job (tear off and replacement) yesterday but they couldn't do that because of the early day rain. At least they got me all closed in so the rain won't pour throught the cracks.

While in BigCity, Sribley and I picked up some concrete mix so we could get our mailbox post set up in a five gallon bucket. We didn't get home until fairly late, but we did get the concrete and post installed into the bucket. Sribley painted up a real nice bucket with a pretty flower and we'll put our temp mailbox over at NeighborKim's for the winter.
