Inspection!

Took the day off from work today to putter around the house. As it turns out that was a good thing to do. RobTheBuilder called InspectorGadget to see when he might be able to stop by and InspectorGadget said he was only a couple miles away and that he'd be at the house in a short time. To make a fairly short story even shorter, the electrical, plumbing, and heating have passed inspection. InspectorGadget was a really nice guy. After talking to him he must have been fairly impressed with the work we did. There are a couple things I still need to do before the insulation can be installed but InspectorGadget signed off on the electrical once I said I'd for sure do them things.

On another good note, the concrete jokers are going to come tomorrow to get the garage floor ready to pour on Wednesday and also the front porch. I can't believe so many good things are happening. Hmmm, did I just jinx myself? No, couldn't have done that.
