More Roofing,. Siding Started.

Apparently when the Packers play and lose, only the one roofer who didn't go to the game shows up for work. The lone roofer did get quite a bit done. I just wish they'd get everything done soon. Plenty of water still enters the house when it rains.



Since RobTheBuilder is out on maternity leave, not a whole lot is getting done. The siding was started but not too aweful much was accomplished.

Sribley got the first draft of the kitchen plans faxed to her. We have gone thru them once now and hope to meet with LumberCompany in a day or so to finalize the plans for said kitchen. Then the last of the wiring can get done hopefully. There needs to be one more wall built in the den also, so the kitchen isn't the only thing holding the wiring up.

Spent the evening raking up leaves and placing them in the street in front of the current house. Then took a match to them and made LOTS of smoke. Since the leaves were still fairly wet they didn't burn any too fast. Guess there wasn't much danger of a runaway fire.
