Finally, I got the pictures I've been promising for so long! Sheesh, I sure am a slacker! These two pictures are before and after shots of the kitchen. I didn't get the exact same distance from the corner, you can get a feel for what has happened.
RobTheBuilder was doing some siding while DrywallBeaners were working away today. Yesterday there were six of them but today only saw four. They almost have the house done inside. They still have the garage and bonus room to do. It is my understanding that they'll be done tomorrow and MudMan will show up on Monday to do his thing.
A temporary LP tank showed up today. Warranty restrictions prohibit starting the geothermal furnace up until after all the construchion is done. Tomorrow should bring the temporary furnace which will just sit in the basement and give off oodles of heat. Rumor has it that it will be a 200,000 btu furnace. Should heat things up enough for MudMan.
I talked to RobTheBuilder and he still thinks that things will be done so we can move in the first couple weeks of January. I'm skeptical, but hopeful.
