Bricks!

BrickLayerGuys showed up today. They even got some bricks in place! I talked to BrickLayerGuy and we pretty much decided how the bricks will be put for the fireplace. He doesn't sound too thrilled about doing the brick for the chimney up on the roof though. I guess that is why he gets the big bucks!




The well is completely installed now. The pump in in place and the pressure tank is under pressure. It is almost like things are starting to work out!

Some more siding went on today. I wonder when that will be completely done.....

MudderGuys said today that they still plan to be done mudding sometime tomorrow. That means the painters can come in and do the primer coat either tomorrow afternoon or first thing Wednesday. If that all happens as planned, then this weekend will be bringing a painting party. Anyone interested in joining said painting party is to contact Sribley and find out the real details.

Santa was good to me! I got a dvd of Cosmos by Carl Sagan. It is a seven disc set that has all of the episodes. Maybe the completion of the house will have to wait until I get all the episodes viewed.
